Whether your pup is joining for daycare, boarding, or walks, I want every new client (human and dog) to feel comfortable, informed, and excited. Below are answers to the most common questions - if you don't see what you're looking for, just reach out!

Getting Started

How do I become a new client?

Start by filling out our New Client Intake Form. Once submitted, we'll schedule a meet & greet to make sure your dog is a great fit for our pack-style environment.

Do you require a meet & greet?

Yes! All new clients must complete a meet & greet before their first service. This allows us to assess temperament, energy level, and overall fit - safety and comfort always come first.

Do you require a trial daycare day?

For daycare and boarding clients, a trial day is strongly recommended (and sometimes required). This gives your dog a chance to experience the routine and helps us ensure a smooth transition.

Daycare & Boarding FAQs

What is pack-style daycare?

Dogs rotate between supervised yard play, indoor downtime, and rest periods. Our pack is calm, balanced, and carefully managed - dogs are only separated if absolutely necessary.

What are your daycare hours?

Drop-off is flexible in the morning. Pickup is also flexible, but on pickup day for boarding, dogs must be picked up by noon or daycare will be added for that day.

What should I bring for my dog?

  • Food (pre-portioned is appreciated)

  • Treats (optional)

  • Harness or collar

  • Any medications with clear instructions

Are dogs crated?

Crates are available for rest time if needed, but we focus on calm indoor breaks and structured downtime. We accommodate crate-trained dogs when requested.​

Health & Safety

What are your vaccination requirements?

Dogs must be up to date on:

  • Rabies

  • DHPP

  • Bordetella

Proof of vaccinations is required prior to booking.

Do you accept all dogs?

We specialize in social, people-friendly dogs who do well in a group environment. We do not accept dogs with human or dog aggression.

How do I book services?

Once approved as a client, bookings are easy! You can request services directly and we'll confirm availability.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment details and policies will be shared during onboarding. All services must be paid according to the booking terms provided.
